UPDATE March 12 2013: I have looked more closely at the games that have trailers available and I am blown away at the intensity and graphics ability of the Playstation 4. I still believe that "Deep Down" looks to have the most promise for being a game that I will love but I am completely sure Killzone: Shadow fall will be amazing in its own right. The 7 minute trailer shows an aircraft landing on the top of a building in a futuristic setting and a shooting match ensues. The voice acting is on point and all the characters seem real and believable. The gameplay looks impressive and unforced. The waterfall, smoke, explosion and lighting effects appear vivid and realistic. I for one cannot wait to play this and all other Playstation 4 games. Given the enhanced capability of the DualShock 4 controller I assume the experience will be immersive and completely consuming, but still fun to play. Hopefully this will bring back the old days of standing with your controller and really moving your whole body along with the game because of the anticipation and excitement. I just hope I don't throw my controller at my TV when I inevitably die at the hands of the Helghast.
UPDATE March 26 2013: Primal Carnage: Genesis is a game I haven't heard of before and the gameplay I have seen is a beta version (link above) that looks really similar to other dinosaur games that I have played. The cool thing about this game is the ability to play as a dino. Thrash humans and take over the world as a T-rex and multiple other Jurassic era monsters. Check the link it may be something you will like for the new Playstation 4 and will be available for PC as well.
A Final Fantasy title was announced for PS4 sometime ago and it looks pretty great. I did take one issue with the teaser trailer, in that the camera shakes a great deal, trying to improve realism, but ends up killing the mood a bit. Watch the trailer for this game by following the link above. Great looking despite this small blemish. Any more news or details about Final Fantasy on the upcoming SONY PS4 will be announced ASAP because I love this franchise and Square Enix in general.
UPDATE May 07 2013: New details emerge about the graphics processor. A "heavily modified" Raedon and a host of changes to the APU. The PS4 will have a pool of 8Gb of high speed memory, we know that already but it will also include changes in how the GPU can perform computing operations and handle graphics. These changes are going to put the GPU on stereroids. Also the APU will be a powerhouse in it's own right with changes that allow it access to system memory more readily and manages synchronicity issues.
